Does the spa have a cancellation policy?
You can cancel any services that you may have booked at the Auberge Spa. However, you should give the spa a 24-hour cancellation notice to get a full refund.

How soon should I arrive at the spa?
It is recommended you arrive at least 30 minutes before your appointment time. Late arrival can lead to a reduction in treatment time.
